Congratulations to 3-time undefeated champion, Payden Buchanan for winning the 6th annual Anthony Widel Pilot Grove Mario Kart Tournament! Another congrats to Brycen Stephens for winning 2nd place, Kolbie Twenter for 3rd, and William Groepper for 4th place! This was the largest tournament yet, with 81 people competing!




Congratulations Mrs. Janna Lammers on being awarded the Kraus Legacy Award today! This award was created by the Cooper County Board of Sheltered Services to honor Bob Kraus and Rex Kraus to honor top-tier advocates; those who go above and beyond to ensure others are seen, supported and valued. Mrs. Lammers was the first recipient of the award and is so deserving of this honor!

Elementary Field Day 2026 was a bubbling good time!!! The kids enjoyed a beautiful day outside that included yard games, snacks, a foam party, giant bubbles, color run, and the grand finale the PG Fire Department hosing the kids down!

Mrs. Renfrow challenged her 8th graders to a group project that required them to create a board game including math and science questions. The kids' creations were based off the games Candy Land, Monopoly and Dungeons & Dragons but all had a creative spin on them. During class last Friday, they had the chance to play games created by their classmates while also reviewing science and math concepts they learned this year.




Third Graders presented their famous Missourian's this morning! They learned so much and did a fantastic job presenting!

Today our 6th graders had their DARE Graduation in the classroom. Thank you to Captain Amanda Blank for bringing this curriculum to our students and helping them understand the importance of positive lifestyle choices. This year's DARE Essay winners are: 1st place Kellen, 2nd place Chandler and 3rd place Elizabeth. Great job to the entire class on well written essays!
